The story

I’ve been positive since 1998 and I’m still here to tell my story. I appreciate everything this agency has done for me. At first I was scared, thought my family would reject me – had no one to talk to. Yet they treat me no differently than before I told them I had the virus. I’m blessed with a supportive family. I am not afraid any longer because I am not alone in this… Thank you for listening. Hispanic - New York City
